COMPLETION OF ONLINE PROGRESS REPORT FOR SEMESTER II, SESSION 2018/19 (A182)

ALL RESEARCH STUDENTS (MASTERS & PhD)

Please ignore this notice should your status is "Eligible to Graduate / Completed Your Study / Submitted your soft-bound of Thesis".

Please be informed that the date for the completion of Online Progress Report is : From 17 June – 7 July 2019

Complete your Online Progress Report through the following platform:
iPPS - https://ipps.usim.edu.my
i) Log-in to iPPS
ii) Click Menu: Candidature Matters
iii) Click Sub-Menu: Thesis > Online Progress Report
iv) Complete the report
v) Submit your report

Students who failed to submit the report BEFORE THE DEADLINE (7 July 2019) for the first time will be marked as Probationary Pass (LBS), and student who attain LBS status twice consecutively shall be terminated and deemed as Failed and Dismissed (GDB).

“Any extension of OPR completion will not be entertained”.

The report will determine students’ academic status. The results will be released after the University Senate Meeting (4/2018).

ALL COURSEWORK & MIXED-MODE STUDENTS (DIPLOMA & MASTERS)

Please ignore this notice should your status is "Eligible to Graduate / Completed Your Study / Submitted your soft-bound of Thesis".

Please be informed that the date for the Completion of e-Nilai and Printing of Examination Slip is: From 10-16 June 2019 (1 week)

You can complete the said task through the following platform:
iPPS - https://ipps.usim.edu.my
i) Log-in to iPPS
ii) Click Menu: Examination
iii) Click Sub-Menu: Examination Entry Slip
iv) Print Exam Slip

Students who failed to complete this task BEFORE THE DEADLINE (16 June 2019) will not be allowed to sit for examination.

Please note that the examination will start on 17 June 2019. Please note the examination result will be released after the University Senate Meeting (4/2019).

Please bring along the Examination Slip, Student Card and Identity Card/Passport during the examination.

MAKLUMAN RASMI TERHADAP PINDAAN PERATURAN-PERATURAN UNIVERSITI SAINS ISLAM MALAYSIA (PENGAJIAN SISWAZAH) 2007 (PINDAAN 2015)



Para pelajar yang dihargai,



Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa Senat Universiti telah bersetuju meluluskan pindaan terhadap Peraturan-Peraturan Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (Pengajian Siswazah) 2007 (Pindaan 2015).



PINDAAN INI AKAN EFEKTIF PADA SEMESTER 1, SESI AKADEMIK 2019/2020 (A191) ATAU BERMULA SEPTEMBER 2019.



Sehubungan itu, bersama-sama ini disertakan Lampiran 13 muka surat melibatkan 23 Peraturan-Peraturan KRITIKAL sahaja untuk rujukan anda. Lampiran ini TIDAK termasuk pindaan-pindaan pada peraturan kewangan.



Peraturan yang telah dipinda ini akan dikenali sebagai Peraturan-Peraturan Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (Pengajian Siswazah) 2007 (Pindaan 2019). Keseluruhan dokumen akan dikeluarkan kepada umum secara berperingkat, termasuk garis panduan pengurusan pelajar siswazah (G3PS) dan manual penggunaan iPPS.

نود اعلامكم بأن ادارة الجامعة قد وافقت على تعديل قوانين الجامعة فيما يخص الدراسات العليا لعام

2007 والمعدلة عام 2015



حيث أن هذه التعديلات ستدخل حيز التنفيذ بداية الفصل الأول للعام الدراسي

الفصل الدراسي 2020/2019 (A191)

أي بداية شهر سبتمبر لعام 2019



تتضمن التعديلات الملحق الذي يحتوي على 13 صفحة بما فيها 23 تعديل مهم للقوانين وهذا حتى يتسنى لك الرجوع لها (بما لا يشمل التعديلات المتعلقة بالقوانين المالية)

OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE AMENDMENTS OF THE REGULATIONS OF UNIVERSITI SAINS ISLAM MALAYSIA (GRADUATE STUDIES) 2007 (AMENDMENT 2015)



Dear students,



Kindly be informed that the University Senate has approved the amendments to the regulation of the Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (Graduate Studies) 2007 (Amendment 2015)



THIS AMENDMENT WILL TAKE EFFECT BEGINNING SEMESTER 1 ACADEMIC SESSION 2019/2020 (A191) OR SEPTEMBER 2019



With it, is the 13-page attachment involving 23 CRITICAL amendment of the Regulations for your reference (excluding the amendments made to the financial regulations).



The amended regulations will be known as the Regulations of Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (Graduate Studies) 2007 (Amendment 2019). The complete document will be circulated to the public in stages, along with both the Graduate Students’ Management Guideline (G3PS) and the iPPS manual.

ALL RETURNING POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS

ACCORDING TO THE PARAGRAPH 5.5 (1) REGULATION OF THE UNIVERSITI SAINS ISLAM MALAYSIA (GRADUATE STUDIES) 2007 (AMENDMENT 2015), STUDENT SHALL BE REQUIRED TO REGISTERED FOR EVERY SEMESTER WITHIN THE FIRST FOUR (4) WEEKS OF THE SEMESTER (14 FEBRUARY 2019 – 17 MARCH 2019).

PLEASE MAKE FULL PAYMENT OF YOUR SEMESTER FEES & ALL OUTSTANDING FEES TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS.

SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR PAYMENT RECEIPT TO CGS FINANCE UNIT VIA EMAIL TO THE ADDRESS OF kredit.bend@usim.edu.my, WITH A COPY TO sakinah@usim.edu.my

PLEASE CHECK YOUR REGISTRATION STATUS THROUGH YOUR IPPS ACCOUNT BY THE FOLLOWING STEPS (http://ipps.usim.edu.my):

1) LOG-IN TO YOUR IPPS ACCOUNT.

2) CHOOSE ACADEMIC INFO.

3) CHOOSE SUB-MENU "PROGRAM INFO"

4) CHECK YOUR STUDENT STATUS = REGISTERED

REGISTRATION IN THE THIRD AND FOURTH WEEK OF THE SEMESTER (4 – 17 MARCH 2019) IS CONSIDERED AS LATE REGISTRATION OF WHICH RM50.00 CHARGE WILL BE IMPOSED.

KINDLY NOTE THAT THE DATE OF THE SETTLEMENT OF ALL FEES DUE WILL BE CONSIDERED AS THE DATE OF YOUR SEMESTER REGISTRATION.

STRICTLY NO APPEAL FOR REGISTRATION SHALL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THE STIPULATED TIME.
